Hörmann SPU 67 Thermo — це промислові секційні ворота серії 60 з двостінною сталевою конструкцією, заповненою спіненим поліуретаном завтовшки 67 мм. Вимога до горизонтальності підлоги
Підлога у зоні прорізу по всій ширині воріт має бути горизонтальною. Зовнішня підлога безпосередньо перед воротами повинна мати ухил від воріт.

Полотно воріт:
Двостінні PU-пінні сталеві секції з гарячеоцинкованої листової сталі зі сталевими торцевими кришками, висота секцій 625 / 750 або 375 / 500 мм, нижнє ущільнення, проміжні ущільнення та ущільнення перемички з EPDM, глибина 67 мм. Опційно різноманітне скління за запитом.
Оздоблення поверхні:
Сталева секція зовні та всередині покрита поліестеровим ґрунтом, рулонне покриття на основі RAL 9002 Grey white.
Зовні S-подібний гофр з відтиском Stucco та горизонтальним рифленням з кроком 125 мм, всередині відтиск Stucco.
Опційно секції у 10 бажаних кольорах, RAL на вибір, кольори металік, British Standard або NCS кольори за запитом.
Напрямні:
Кутова рама із захистом від затягування пальців збоку, виготовлена з гарячеоцинкованої листової сталі, горизонтальні запобіжні напрямні та бокове ущільнення з EPDM.
Компенсація ваги:
За допомогою торсійних пружин, мін. 25 000 циклів (стандарт).
